Returns are excepted in the case of faulty or damaged goods and are free for PayPal account paying customers. Please email info@pinnockdistillery.com to arrange an exchange (if applicable). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (and in arranging for refund through your PayPal account, if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable to non-PayPal paying account holders. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exchanges in the event of damaged goods (if applicable) -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Your goods will be shipped within 2 working days of your payment being processed. Our typical delivery time is 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Unfortunately we cannot offer generic shipping to countries outside the UK, although we're working on it!
